WHAT’S IT ABOUT:
This App is based on the standard consonant-vowel dichotic listening test which has been used in university laboratories for decades to test language laterality and auditory attention abilites. Our vision for this App is to bring the laboratory to the people and not vice versa. We believe this is a novel method of psychological testing and data collection – a “laboratory on-the-go” that offers unprecedented accessibility and is fun to use as well.
You can participate in a scientific field experiment and submit your test results to our database. This is optional and totally anonymous and secure. The average results from users around the world will be displayed on our webpage dichoticlistening.com

Really cool way to leverage an app for science!
I tried both listening tests a bunch of times and everytime I complete the task the app closes out and returns to the home screen. What a huge disappointment! I was just getting ready to rave about this wonderful app but it simply does not work! I would assume following task completion it would bring the user over to the results page, but instead, a crash everytime! Please do hurry to fix this, as I would love for this great idea work.
User-friendly & intuitive
I am interested in seeing the results of this study. Seems like a good way to conduct large scale psychological studies.
Needs to be updated for the iPHone 5 screen - but other than that a fascinating app!
